Natalya Pearl has been promoted to vice president, financial advisor for MillRiver Wealth Management. In this role, Pearl will continue to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans for individuals, businesses and organizations.

Ashley Kinville joined Nathan Wechsler & Co. as a senior working on accounting, compliance, financial statement preparation, income tax return preparation and special projects. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Janet Arnett was promoted to executive director of New Hampshire Jobs for America’s Graduates. She has been NH-JAG’s program manager since 2006 and previously worked in the culinary arts program at Concord Regional Technology Center.

Tonya Splett, a resident assistant at Spaulding Youth Center, received the center’s Spirit Award. This peer-nominated award is given at each quarterly staff meeting.

Shayna Phillion joined SAU 24 in Weare, Henniker and Stoddard as a board-certified behavior analyst. She had a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a master’s degree in behavior analysis from Simmons College.

Timothy Stickney of Epsom, Allison Trepaney of Laconia, Roxanne Benzel of Hopkinton, Caroline Leonard of Concord and Bridget Overson of Concord are local people who are members of the Red Cross’s New Hampshire and Vermont board of directors. Elections of members took place at its annual meeting June 22.

Nicholas Johnson was named the new director of finance at Concord Regional Visiting Nurses Association. He is responsible for accounting operations that include financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system for accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets that enhance the accuracy of the agency’s financial results. He also oversees and provides direct supervision of the payroll and accounting staff.
