Reshma Patel Duffy joined Concord Surgical Associates as a specialist in endovascular and open vascular surgery. She is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and she completed a general surgery residency at the University of Vermont in Burlington and a vascular surgery fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.

James “Jim” Carrigan joined Meredith Village Savings Bank as the branch and business development manager for the bank’s new Portsmouth office. Carrigan brings more than 10 years of banking experience to his new role. Currently he is a SCORE adviser for small businesses and an active member of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce.

David Sargent joined Concord Surgical Associates as physician assistant with the trauma and acute care surgical services team. He earned his physician assistant certificate and master’s degree as Massachusetts Maritime Academy and most recently was a physician assistant at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.

Deborah Watrous will step away from her role as executive director of New Hampshire Humanities for a new position at FoodCorps in Boston. She has worked with New Hampshire Humanities for 24 years.

Ann O’Clair was promoted to chief operating officer of Sugar River Bank from her previous position of vice president and chief financial officer. She has worked for the bank for more than 10 years.

Robert Stein of the Stein Law Firm was included in the Best Lawyers in America’s 2018 publication. This is the 29th consecutive year he’s been listed.

Eric MacDonald was promoted to vice president of commercial credit at Meredith Village Saving Bank. He joined the organization in 2005 as a credit analyst for Bow Mills Bank and Trust.

Nicole Harton was hired as the Northwood branch manager for Northeast Credit Union. She has 10 years of banking experience, most recently at Kennebunk Savings Bank.

Heather Krans of Pastoi Krans Partner was included in the Best Lawyers in America 2018 publication. She has been included in the listing since 2013.

Karolyn McCauley joined Shaheen & Gordon as a corporate and health care attorney. She has 16 years of experience and earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Nicole Rea was promoted to branch manager of Franklin Savings Bank’s Central Street location in Franklin. She joined the bank in 2015 as a personal banker and was promoted a year later to assistant branch manager.
