Carew & Wells, an accounting and commercial tax preparation business, purchased 104 N. State St. in Concord for its new headquarters. It was represented in the sale by Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate.

Colby-Sawyer College installed a solar array by ReVision Energy as part of the school’s plan to be carbon-neutral by 2050.

ReChic Boutique, a new and resale clothing store, will be opening at 10 N. State St. A grand opening will be held Nov. 18.

New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association award-winners are: Diane Downing, Common Man vice president, lifetime achievement award; Purity Spring Resort Vice President Steve Hoyt, innkeeper of the year; Matt Louis of Moxy Restaurant, chef of the year; Radisson Hotel night manager Andrea Masce, lodging employee of the year; Red Arrow COO Amanda Wihby, restaurant employee of the year; Staci Burns, managing partner of Flatbread Co., rising star; Patrick Hall of Lakes Region Community College, educator of the year; and Chris Vrountas, attorney and president at Vrontas Ayer & Chandler, business partner of the year.

Constantly Pizza was the business winner of the 2017 Riverbend Champions for Mental Health award.

The Governor’s Advanced Manufacturing and High Technology Summit will be Friday at the Grappone Center in Concord. Dean Kamen will be the headliner.
