MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) Fund at New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has awarded $75,000 to 40 local nonprofit organizations. This includes $58,000 donated to 23 local agencies and $17,000 to 17 local food pantries to help address food insufficiency in the Bank’s communities. The grants are in addition to MVSB’s contributions throughout the year in the form of donations, sponsorships, scholarships and volunteer efforts by employees.

Freedom Energy Logistics of Auburn, N.H., has adopted the planetarium at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. One of only four planetariums in North America with a $10,000 projection system, made possible by NASA funding secured by Senator Jeanne Shaheen in addition to funds from Freedom Energy Logistics and others, the Freedom Energy Logistics Planetarium also has all new seating and carpeting thanks to a corporate membership drive spearheaded by Freedom Energy Logistics CEO Bart Fromuth. 

Stephanie Baxter was recently promoted to vice president of membership and operations at the New Hampshire Tech Alliance.

Alex Horton recently joined the team at the New Hampshire Tech Alliance as director of engagement and events.

Ken Senus, St. Mary’s Bank President and CEO, was recently named to the 2024 New Hampshire 200 by NH Business Review. Introduced by the NH Business Review five years ago, the New Hampshire 200 showcases the state’s most influential entrepreneurs and business leaders. The list encompasses leadership across multiple major industries, including but not limited to architecture, education, finance, healthcare, law, marketing, real estate, and technology. Copies of the New Hampshire 200 book will be sent to NH Business Review print subscribers and given to reception attendees at the New Hampshire 200 reception, scheduled for April 11 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord.
