Stephanie Kondvar, a senior at Nathan Wechsler and Co., was approved for her license as a certified public accountant in New Hampshire. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a double major in accounting/finance and mathematics. She began working at the company in 2014.

Sarah Dolcino, Chris Finnegan, Scott Nerney, Tim Reed and Jennifer Sanborn were promoted to project directors at Sanborn Head & Associates in Concord. Stan Sadkowski was promoted to senior vice president. Sanborn Head is an engineering and technical consulting firm serving a broad array of private, public and institutional clients in the development, energy, industrial and solid waste markets.

Daniel McCabe was appointed vice president and chief business development officer in addition to being the head of Massachusetts operations with the Concord Group. He previously served as vice president.

Michael Nolin was appointed vice president and chief underwriting officer at the Concord Group. He previously served as vice president of personal lines underwriting.

Michael Capozza was appointed vice president of corporate planning at the Concord Group. He previously served as vice president of information systems.

Amy Kezar was appointed vice president of information systems at the Concord Group. She previously was assistant vice president of information systems.

Anthony Sychtysz joined the Concord Group as vice president of commercial lines underwriting. He previously was national sales director for a New York insurance group and COO of a commercial insurance agency in Massachusetts.

Bruce Sorette was appointed to assistant vice president of finance of the Concord Group. He was previously assistant treasurer.

John Fournier was appointed assistant vice president of facilities at the Concord Group. He was previously facilities manager.

Drew Carter joined RPF Environmental in Northwood as a business development representative. He was previously an account manager at OSRAM Sylvania and Biz to Biz Network, among other locations. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce College.
