A Merrimack County grand jury has indicted a Concord man accused of sexually assaulting a child on more than one occasion in the city last year.

Nickolas Micucci, 30, is charged with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault. He also faces a charge of manufacturing a controlled drug believed to be hash oil, an extract of cannabis.

Micucci is accused of sexually assaulting a girl whom he knew between August and December. The girl was under 10 at the time.

At the Merrimack County Advocacy Center in Concord, the girl told a forensic interviewer that she had the “deepest, darkest secret” that she could not discuss or she would be in “big trouble,” according to a sworn police affidavit. Micucci is prohibited from having contact with the girl and from having any unsupervised contact with any child under 16.
