Feeley for state rep

I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity to run for state representative in the Ward 9 special election approaching in Concord on July 18.

Although the outcome of the race wasn’t favorable last November, the overwhelming support I received from the voters in our district is what motivated me to run in the upcoming special election. It was extremely encouraging to meet so many dedicated residents who care about our city and state, and the issues that we face together.

My ability to rationally see both sides of any issue have aided in receiving support from Republicans, Democrats and independents alike. My supporters are spread across the political spectrum, and I wholeheartedly believe that they and the rest of the residents in our ward deserve to have their voices heard at the State House, regardless of political affiliation.

Although I ran unopposed in the primary election on May 30, I am proud and thankful of the residents who came out to cast their votes for me. Please mark your calendars for the general election on July 18 taking place at Havenwood Heritage Heights. I implore each of you to set aside the time to vote. Your vote for me is a true assessment of your commitment to this district, ward and state.

In the meantime, look for me out in our community – taking part in local events, knocking on doors and keeping a keen ear out for issues that are important to you. Remember, we’re in this together.
