Gilford’s Oellers-Fulmer is Lakes Region Art Association’s newest featured artist

The Lakes Region Art Association & Gallery in the TiltonTanger Outlets features an exemplary member artist each month through a series of short social media videos posted to the Facebook and Instagram platforms. The newest Friday Featured Artist is Gilford local Wendy Oellers-Fulmer.

Oellers-Fulmer is a jewelry artist by profession and creates watercolor and fine art photography displayeda in the gallery. She is inspired by the colors and texture of nature as witnessed in all aspects of her art and jewelry design. Always striving to further her skills she is constantly experimenting with techniques.

Oellers-Fulmer has several framed, original paintings and photographic art on exhibit in the Lakes Region Art Gallery, as well as (as of this writing) a limited number of her 2023 calendars. All are available for purchase at the Lakes Region Art Gallery (LRAA) in the Tanger Outlets (120 Laconia Rd, Suite 300 in Tilton).

From now through Feb. 28, open hours are Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Along with her art, the LRAA Gallery features original art and prints from many local artists in graphite, pen & ink, watercolor, acrylic, oils, pastels, photography, and digital and mixed media art.

Friday Featured Artist is a weekly program posting a short video each Friday with highlights of an artist from the Lakes Region Art Gallery. Each Friday, for four consecutive weeks each month, a new video is published on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
