What was the highlight of your season? Making it to PSU because nobody expected us to get there including myself, and if felt good to know that we did and proved people wrong.
Who was the unsung hero of your team? It was definitely Aubrey St. Onge. She saved tons of balls and always kept it alive. Although she didn't always get the press and recognition for her work, we all knew our season would have been a lot different without her.
What was the biggest surprise of the season? Our regular season record was for sure the biggest surprise of the season. Everyone expected us to be 10-6 but we ended up finishing with a fantastic record of 15-1.
Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? A superstition I associate specifically with my school volleyball team is knocking on wood. Whenever anybody said something about winning or making it to PSU the team immediately knocked on wood.
What’s your favorite pre-game meal? Sometimes I'll go to Subway and get and get an oven roasted chicken sub, but I almost always have a container of strawberries before every game.
If someone was going to make a movie of your season, who would play your coach? Who would play you? Will Farrell would play my coach, and Karen Gillan would play me.
If you could go to any sporting event, what would it be? Someday I would love to go to the Summer Olympics mostly for the purpose of watching volleyball, both beach and indoor.
If you weren’t playing your sport in the fall, what would you be doing? I would most likely be playing either field hockey or soccer but wouldn't be as passionate about it as I am volleyball. I can't imagine life without it.
What’s your favorite app? Pandora
What’s your most-played song right now? Setting the World on Fire by Kenny Chesney and PINK.
Do you have any must-see television shows? Grey's Anatomy
If you could have dinner with any three people, who would it be? And what would you serve? I would serve steak, french fries, and broccoli and invite Taylor Swift, Kerri Walsh-Jennings, and April Ross.
If you got a $1 million to start a company, what would you do? I would start a medical research company specifically focused on Lyme Disease and a human vaccination for it.
If you had to go on a talent show, what would you do? I would probably do something involving music either playing the trumpet, trombone, and maybe with a lot of practice the guitar.
