An American flag is traveling cross-country with the help of thousands of bikers who are collecting money for veterans and their families along the way. The flag’s journey is called the Patriot Tour, and the organization behind the eighth annual event is Nation of Patriots. On Thursday, Bob Jardin Sr. of Exeter arrived in Concord carrying the flag with an escort of about a dozen Seacoast Chapter of Harley Owners Group riders. He handed the flag off to Blake Hermis of Hooksett, a first-time flag bearer, who will leave the Heritage Harley-Davidson dealership in Concord at 10 a.m. Friday with his own escort, and will hand off the flag to the next rider at Granite State Harley-Davidson in Lebanon.
