A Vermont company is moving to New Hampshire, bringing more than 50 jobs with it.

Chamberlain Machine Inc., a family-owned company that makes precision-machined products for pumps, heavy equipment and other industries, is moving from Bellows Falls, Vt., to Walpole.

State economic development officials say the company will have 52 employees.

Company Vice President Scott Boynton says Chamberlain is moving primarily because of New Hampshire's lower tax burden, quality real estate options, and available and skilled labor.

They expect to finish building their new plant in January.
