• Kevin Phelps, 22, of Pittsfield, Mass., was arrested April 18 on four counts of student hazing. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

• Morgan Kelley, 17, of Methuen, Mass., was arrested April 18 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and intoxication, and possession and use of tobacco by a minor. Kelly was bailed on $500 personal recognizance.

• Shayne Boisvert, 52, of Manchester was arrested April 19 on theft charges. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

• Anthony MacQueston, 19, of Manchester was arrested April 19 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and intoxication and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

• Nicolas Weiss, 25, of River Road was arrested April 23 on four counts of student hazing. Bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance.

• Sean Ghamami, 19, of Rye was arrested April 23 on reckless operation charges. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

• Jolet Bazia, 20, of Manchester was arrested April 25 on burglary charges. Bail was set at $10,000 cash.

• Yan Leek, 19, of Manchester was arrested April 25 on charges of criminal liability for conduct of another. Bail was set at $10,000 cash.

• Catherine Richard, 43, of Peasley Road, was arrested April 27 on charges that her dog was a menace, nuisance or vicious, and allowed it to run at large.

• Nathan Ponchak, 22, of Cranston R.I., was arrested April 28 on four counts of student hazing. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

• Jeremy Jackson, 26, of Norfolk, Mass., was arrested May 7 and charged with reckless operation, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and misuse or failure to display plates. He was bailed on $5,000 cash or surety.

• James Gezelman, 52, of French Road was arrested May 9 and charged with possession of a controlled drug and five counts of acts prohibited. Bail was set at $3,500 personal recognizance, and he is due in court June 23.

• Mary Elsesser, 26, of Keene was arrested May 26 and charged with simple assault. She was bailed on $2,000 personal recognizance and is due in court June 23.

• Sheikh Fye, 20, of Silver Springs, Md., was arrested May 27 on a bench warrant for unlawful possession of alcohol and intoxication. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance, and he is due in court June 23.

• Alise Philbrick, 16, of Hillsboro was arrested May 28 and charged with reckless operation. She was served a hand summons and is due in court June 23.
