James Burke, 30, of Metalak Lane, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with two counts of possession of drugs. He was also cited for operating with a suspended registration and after his license had been revoked or suspended. The police stopped Burke on Village Street for speeding, the police report said.
They found marijuana in his car, the report said.
Assault
Heather Noyes, 29, of Eldridge Street, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with domestic simple assault. She punched and kicked her boyfriend after he confronted her with accusations that she'd been unfaithful, according to the police report.
The police have responded to the same residence six times in the past month for domestic related issues, the police report said.
Brent Marsh, 29, of Calais, Maine, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated. The police stopped him after seeing him turn right on Loudon Road, against a red light, the police report said. Marsh also made the turn while an elderly man was crossing in the crosswalk, the report said.
Marsh became irate at the officer who stopped him and told him New Hampshire had "stupid" motor vehicle laws, the report said.
Zachary Folsom, 20, of North Road, Deerfield, and Laura Radl, 18, of Stark Highway, Dunbarton, were arrested Oct. 31 and charged with possession of drugs. They were smoking marijuana in a car when the police found them on Via Tranquilla, by the Snow Shoe Club, the police report said. The two initially told the officer it was cigarette smoke, not marijuana smoke, he was smelling, the report said. Folsom then told the officer, "Okay, we were smoking a bowl when you pulled up," the report said.
The Concord police charged several teenagers with unlawful possession of alcohol after being called to Broad Avenue on Oct. 25 for a person who was breathing but unconscious.
At the address, the police discovered that several girls had been drinking and that one of them had become unconscious, the police report said. The fire department also responded and the girl, Jennifer Jarnot, 17, of Checkerberry Lane, was not in serious condition, the police said.
Katherine Allen, 17, of Broad Avenue, was charged with unlawful possession and with facilitating an underage party. She told the police her parents were out of town at Foxwoods casino, the report.
Jarnot and several others at the party were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Courtney Popsie, 17 of Otter Drive; Augusta Rice, 17, of Badger Street; Danielle Penn, 17, of Carlsbad, Calif.; and Dinne Nam, 17, of School Street, Tilton.
Tae Greenwood, 20, of East Side Drive, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with domestic simple assault. He kicked the alleged victim and hit her in the face with his elbow during an argument, the police report said.
James Lowry, 38, of Washington Street, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with domestic simple assault. He pushed his wife several times, injuring her hand, when she confronted him about being intoxicated, the police report said. He pushed her again when she asked him to stop calling her offensive names, the report said.
