A Vermont woman faces negligent homicide charges stemming from an accident last summer in Randolph that killed her mother and daughter and a Maine woman.
A grand jury indicted Diane Silsby, 41, of Lunenburg, Vt., saying she was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the July 3 crash, which killed Silsby's mother, Leona Dunn, 83, of Lancaster, and Nicole Silsby, 15. Rachel Metivier, 26, of Lewiston, Maine, was killed in the other vehicle.
