A Goffstown man died in a single-vehicle crash in Dunbarton on Friday, the police said, adding that alcohol appears to have been a factor in the accident.

According to the Dunbarton police, Gregory Hall, 32, of Roby Road, was traveling west on Stark Lane when his vehicle crossed the centerline and crashed into two trees on the shoulder of the road's eastbound lane.

The police found Hall's 1996 Chevy pickup with extensive damage, they said. Hall was partially ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to Concord Hospital, where he died Friday morning.

The police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash and continue to investigate. The Dunbarton police ask anyone with information to call the department at 774-5500.
