Faithful columnist Tim O'Shea has done a lot of gutsy things for the entertainment of Monitor readers over the past couple of years, from flying lessons to poker matches to karaoke. But this may just be his bravest feat yet: In the middle of the night last night, while most of us were sleeping off our Thanksgiving feast, he was preparing to do battle with the dreadful beast known as Black Friday. At midnight, he arrived at the Tanger Outlets in Tilton to scope out some deals, and by dawn he was back in Concord elbowing his way through the bargain-crazed masses.
