3 arrested on drug charges
Two people were arrested yesterday in Concord after the police received complaints from several neighbors who alleged they were selling drugs.
The police said Helen Davis, 39, and Donald Buffum, 32, were selling prescription medication and marijuana out of a Rumford Street home.
While at the residence, the police said they arrested a third individual, 26-year-old Michael Bernard-Daisy, after he was found with methamphetamines. Bernard-Daisy was also charged with being in breach of bail conditions.
Davis was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug, two counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another and drug/narcotic violations. Buffum was charged with sale of a controlled drug and drug/narcotic violations.
The three are being held at the Merrimack County jail pending a Monday arraignment at Concord's district court. Buffum was held on $27,000 cash bail and Davis on $54,000 cash bail. Bernard-Daisy refused bail.
