Meet Discovery Center exhibit icon Dr. Barry Rock! He is a real person with an amazing job - as professor of Natural Resources and Forest Research at UNH, Dr. Rock relies on satellite imagery and personal observations to tell the story of our climate?s effect on life on Earth. Dr. Rock will discuss the latest scientific information regarding climate research on Camels Hump in Vermont and the forests of the Czech Republic, then relate it to global climate change and why we should care. Following the program will be a FREE Skywatch outside with the New Hampshire Astronomical Society. Telescope viewing begins dusk.
