The Chapter Two thrift shop in the Outreach Center at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Concord is offering everything in the store 50 percent off through Wednesday. The shop is stocked with boutique items, shoes, gently used winter clothing and accessories for men, women and children, plus small household items. Regular store hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The shop will be closed March 13 for the spring season changeover. For more information, call 224-2523.
The Woman’s Club of Concord’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration benefit, to fund scholarships to capital region high school senior girls, will be held March 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Chamberlin House, 44 Pleasant St. There will be a traditional Irish dinner plus Celtic fiddle musicians and dancing.
