Kelly Seidel and Wes Lilja were married Aug. 17 at The Center Meeting House in Newbury. Warren Turner, justice of the peace, performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Sonia Seidel, sister-in-law of the bride, and Sara Saunders were matron and maid of honor. Kelsie (Brook) Eckert, Maggie Dayton, Cassie Wilkinson and Nikki D’Arruda were bridesmaids. Makayla Lippmann and Maria Peguri, the bride’s first cousins once removed, were flower girls.
Ty Lilja, brother of the groom, was best man. Alex Cutler and Andrew Werness were groomsmen. Henry Peguri, the bride’s first cousin once removed, was ring bearer.
The bride, daughter of Harry and Kathy Seidel of Newbury, graduated from Kearsarge Regional High School in Sutton in 2005 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Puget Sound in 2009. She has until recently been employed by Target Inc. as an executive team leader and a business analyst in merchandise planning.
The groom, son of Michael and Mary Lilja of Edina, Minn., graduated from Edina High School in 2005 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Puget Sound in 2009. He has worked as an investment banking analyst for the past four years and has just commenced a full-time graduate MBA program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business.
The couple returned to Minneapolis following the wedding, where they reside with their golden retriever, Riley.
