The fund is named in honor of Judith Gagnon, a former registered nurse at Merrimack County and lifelong resident of Franklin. Representing Gagnon’s family is her aunt, Jane Read of Franklin, who congratulates Marchand on her accomplishments at a ceremony on Sept. 23 at the nursing home.
