Weare veteran presented overdue military medals

During a ceremony on Oct. 21 in her Manchester office, U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte presented overdue military medals to Wilfred Corey of Weare, a U.S. Navy veteran who served in World War II. Corey received the following medals for his service: the Navy Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal, Navy Occupation Service Medal with Asia Clasp, China Service Medal, Discharge Button and Honorable Service Lapel Pin.
