Jeff and Nancy Lockhart of Concord announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenny Lockhart, to J. David Sterns, son of Jon and Kitty Sterns of Franklin, Tenn. Lockhart, of Arlington, Va., earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Georgetown University. She is a nurse at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Sterns, of Arlington, Va., earned a degree from Lee University and is a medical student at Georgetown University. He will be serving in the Navy and training in a pediatric residency in San Diego. A May 7 wedding is planned. …
