Katherine Dayton and Timothy Boss were married Aug. 23 at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Shortsville, N.Y. Father John Gagnier performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Eileen Dayton and Lauren Dayton, sisters of the bride, were maids of honor. Sarah Dayton, sister-in-law of the bride, and Erin Boss, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids.

William Jeffers was best man. Ross Dayton Jr., brother of the bride, Charles Blackmer and James Deloge were groomsmen.

The bride, daughter of Ross and Therese Dayton of Rochester, N.Y., graduated from Irondequoit High School in 2000 and the College of St. Rose in 2004. She earned a master’s degree from St. John Fisher College in 2008. She is a senior human relations specialist for the Bonadio Group.

The groom, son of Richard and Mary Boss of Concord, graduated from Hopkinton High School in 1997 and from Clarkson University in 2001. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Clarkson University in 2002. He is a computer engineer and manager at the Harris Corporation in Rochester, N.Y.

The couple took a wedding trip to Mexico and lives in Irondequoit, N.Y.
