A two-alarm fire at 40 School St. in Franklin on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, left the two-family residence uninhabitable on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Franklin fire Chief Kevin LaChapelle said the fire started in the second floor barn area of the residence, a space that was used for storage.
