The Bishop Brady football team came out swinging – and running – against Newfound yesterday, pounding the ball on the ground for 321 yards en route to a 39-26 win. Brady running back Moses Murenzi ran wild against the Newfound defense, finding the end zone on the first play from scrimmage with a 66-yard run, and quarterback Brendan Johnson rushed for two touchdowns of his own. He also had an interception on defense. “He’s an athlete,” Brady Coach Matt Shaw said of the senior quarterback. “He’s a leader and he steps up when he needs to.” He needed to step up a few times early … 0
