“This group is a little taller than the fourth-graders I usually have on a tour,” said Virginia Drew, director of the school visitation program at the State House, to the group of more than 25 high-school-age German exchange students that she led Tuesday afternoon. The students are a part of an exchange that’s been going on since 1981 between the Maximilian-Kobel Gymnasium in Wegberg, Germany, and Concord High School. For a month, they learn about life here, and in June, students in Concord travel to Germany.
