Graduation announcement

Use this form to submit a graduation announcement and photo.
The Monitor publishes announcements in print and online for students living in the greater Concord area.
If you'd like to submit a photo of the graduate, you can do so using this form. Photos can also be mailed to Community News, P.O. Box 1177, Concord, NH 03302. Please mark the photo with the graduate's full name and hometown. Unfortunately, we cannot return photos.
