PHOTOS: Extended Year Program at Concord High holds talent show
Kathleen Carberry (left, blue shirt) and Savannah Sabia (green shirt), the two masters of ceremonies for the talent show, introduced the first performer, Justin Wilson. Wilson sang the national anthem at the start of the show.
The second performers of the talent show were Matthew Audet and Praktikshya Giri who danced to the chicken dance.
Taylor Bisson hula hooped to the song "Gonna Shine."
Edward Johnson (left, red shirt) and Noah Wyatt (younger child, green shirt) performed to a remix of Party Rock Anthem during the talent show. Members of the audience waved their arms with the music and a few even joined the boys on stage to dance.
The students of the Extended Year Program, which is run through the special education program at Concord High School, concluded the summer program with their annual talent show yesterday morning. The Extended Year program is held three days per week during the month of July; yesterday was the last day. The talent show was held in the McAuliffe Auditorium at the high school and talents ranged from singing and dancing to hula hooping and comedy.
