Man wanted in NH shooting arrested in Florida

The police said a man wanted in connection with a shooting in Manchester has been arrested by authorities in Florida.

A warrant had been out for 30-year-old David Roberts. The shooting happened last Thursday on Lowell Street in Manchester. He’s charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault and being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.

Roberts was arrested Tuesday in an apartment complex in Tallahassee by members of the Florida Fugitive Task Force. He’s being held on a fugitive from justice charge. It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.

Authorities are still looking for another man charged with the same crimes, Jose Miranda.
