Why President Obama and not Mitt Romney?

Obama did much more than a Republican administration would have done to save us from a second Great Depression.

Corporate power will be huge no matter who wins, but greater under Romney.

A couple of Supreme Court nominations. Self-explanatory, I hope.

Obama is the only candidate who might attempt to make the American people seriously consider the dangers imposed by global climate change. Overall, he looks forward and not back. Yes, that does mean that he has hope and believes in change.

Romney is the greatest shape-shifter I’ve seen in eleven presidential elections. It is impossible to determine what he actually believes and believes in.

The Republicans do not deserve the presidency as a reward for obstructing every action that might have reflected positively on Obama.

Too many of Obama’s opponents are simply nuts – the folks who call him a dictator who will abolish the presidency and believe he is establishing secret concentration camps in the desert, the more than 40 percent who say he is not a citizen and the nearly 20 percent who think he is a Muslim. I can’t understand how any sensible voter could casts his lot with them.

The President has not saved the economy. GDP growth rate is at or below 2%. Not even keeping up with growth of the work force population. As fo him not knowing the severity of the problem....he campaigned in 2008 on that very notion, The economy was the worst since the last depression. If you remove the Federal Reserve's currency manipulation you would bee in a worse economic position that we were in from 1032 to 1951. Perfect example, the only job growth going on right now is the increase in hiring of federal employees needed to implement the Affordable Care act. Which by the way will be increasing my premiums starting January first by $2700.00.

It is so frightening to read posts like this one. Folks seem to have no idea about the economy, jobs and where this country is headed financially. Folks on the left are talking about every social issue, but nothing about the job numbers, how many folks are applying for disability, and this President's plan for more spending if he gets reelected. But then gain, folks who depend on big govt, should not be expected to understand economics. They only inderstand what big govt can provide for them.
