Brandi Reed, director of the Eastern Ballet Institute put on “The Twelve Days of Christmas” with more than 100 dancers at the Capitol Center for the Arts on Saturday. The performance included dancers from the Eastern Ballet Institute, the White Birch Youth Ballet, aerial dancers taught by Sara Greene, gymnasts from Flipz Gymnastics, music by The Cabbageheads, Timbre Drums, and the Purple Finches Children’s Chorus as well as an audience sing-along. The performers had been practicing since September and came together the week before the show for three dress rehearsals. All of the costumes, props and sets were handmade.
