Concord Police log

∎  Michael MacMaster, 31, was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with simple assault for an incident that the police said took place Nov. 27 at the Penacook Village Laundromat on 285 Village St.

∎ Shane Masters, 33, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. The police said the incident took place Dec. 4 at a North Main Street apartment. The police said witnesses reported seeing Masters kick a woman in the mouth.

∎  Benjamin Valk, 26, of Modena Drive in Penacook was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault. The police said an officer arriving at the home observed Valk laying on top of a male subject, later identified as his brother. The police said Valk was pinning the individual to the ground. Valk was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Monday.

∎ Katrina Melanson, 22, of Loudon Road was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with operating without a valid license. Melanson was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Monday. 

∎ Joshua Constant, 37, of Broadway was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Constant was also arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay an attorney fee, the police said. The police said Constant was pulled over Dec. 8 about 1:20 a.m. after an officer saw his vehicle make an illegal U-turn on South Main Street. Constant was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.

∎ Michael Krakofsky, 24, of Wilmington, Mass., was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with vandalism. The police said the incident took place at a Fisherville Road apartment where a female reported that her ex-boyfriend, identified as Krakofsky, had broken her necklace and was refusing to leave. Krakofsky told the police that the necklace he was accused of breaking had already been broken. Krakofsky was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ Blake Van Nest, 20, of Clarke Street was arrested Dec. 8 on a bench warrant and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said the incident took place at 2 Clarke St. Van Nest was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Monday. 

∎ Maxwell Page, 20, of Dakin Street was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said the incident took place at 2 Clarke St. Page is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ Elijah Herman, 18, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and facilitating an underage drinking party. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment. Herman is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ Andrew Herman, 18, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and facilitating an underage drinking party. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment. Herman is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ Daniel Fletcher, 18, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and facilitating an underage drinking party. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment. Fletcher is due in court Jan. 14.

∎ Ryley Deloge, 18, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment. Deloge is due in court Jan. 7.

∎ Mikaela Draeger, 18, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment.

∎ Jessica Stowell, 19, of Barnstead was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said the incident took place at a Franklin Street apartment.

∎ Jerry Dupont, 47, of Epsom was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. The police said Dupont was arrested at the Walmart on Loudon Road where an officer pulled him over after seeing him drive erratically on Loudon Road. The police said the officer observed the vehicle cross over dashed white lines four times. Dupont was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.

∎  Zachary Whitman, 20, of Clinton Street was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with simple assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury and possession of a controlled drug. The police said Whitman was arrested at his home after the police responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. The police said officers seized a green vegetative matter believed to be marijuana and a black smoking device containing residue.

∎ Christopher Spataro, 18, of Fisherville Road was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled drug and three counts of vandalism. Spataro was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 14.

 

∎ Theresa Laderbush, 54, of Towle Pasture Road in Epsom was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with operating without a valid license. Laderbush is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ Kenneth Lewis, 18, of Micol Road in Pembroke was arrested Dec. 12 on a warrant and charged with theft by deception. The police said the incident took place Nov. 26 at the Walmart on Loudon Road. The police recovered a Walmart gift card, men’s socks, fleece pants and overall pants believed to have been stolen. Lewis was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 21. 

∎ Tiffany Rudolph, 24, of Wendler Drive in Epsom was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with theft by deception. The police said the incident took place Dec. 12 at the Sears on Loudon Road where Rudolph allegedly removed two Kitchen Aid mixers from the store and then returned them for gift cards. The police said Rudolph had told the store manager that she got the items from her grandmother and did not need them. Rudolph was held on $4,000 cash bail pending her Dec. 13 arraignment. 

∎ Elizabeth Rouleau, 24, of Lord Mill Road in Epsom was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with theft by deception. The police said the incident took place Dec. 12 at the Sears on Loudon Road where Rouleau allegedly removed two Kitchen Aid mixers from the store and then returned them for gift cards. The police said Rouleau had told the store manager that she got the items from her grandmother and did not need them. Rouleau refused bail. 

∎ Mark Curran, 17, of Chichester was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct. The police said the incident took place at the Washington Street School where the principal reported that Curran was being disruptive. Curran is due in court Jan. 14. 

∎ David Austin, 17, of Loudon was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct. The police said the incident took place at the Washington Street School where the principal reported that Austin was being disruptive. Austin is due in court Jan. 14.

∎ Michael Maynard, 49, was arrested Dec. 14 on a warrant and charged with three counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct. The police said the incident took place Dec. 6 at Walmart on Loudon Road.
