∎ Connor Dempsey, 19, of Loudon was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated. The police said Dempsey was pulled over at 70 Sanborn Road after an officer observed a vehicle with damage to the left side traveling from the fog line to the double yellow line and then crossing over the double yellow line. There were two passengers in the car, the police said. Dempsey allegedly denied drinking alcohol that evening and became confrontational and upset once at the police department. Dempsey was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was due in court Jan. 7.

∎ Jean Volf, 37, of Cabernet Drive was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with simple assault after the police said he grabbed a woman, pushed her and hit her in the mouth. The victim declined to give a written statement, have evidence pictures taken or complete a Domestic Violence Threat Assessment, the police said. Volf was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 28.

∎ Diane Delaney, 61, of Little Tookie Road in Contoocook was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with simple assault and vandalism. The police said the incident took place at an apartment at 51 South St. where Delaney scratched her husband’s chest and stomped on his acoustic guitar. The man told the police he believed his wife broke the guitar because it had sentimental value to him, but Delaney allegedly told the police that the guitar was already broken. She also denied causing his injuries, according to the police. Delaney was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 28.

∎ Aaron Storm, 28, of Haverhill, Mass., was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated. The police said Storm was arrested on Water Street after an officer saw him driving at a high rate of speed on South Main Street and change lanes without signaling. The police said the officer smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Storm was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Jan. 14.

∎ Michael Maynard, 49, of Spring Street was arrested Dec. 31 on a warrant and charged with default or breach of bail conditions for an offense the police said took place Dec. 6 at Walmart on Loudon Road. Maynard was also arrested Jan. 1 and charged with burglary and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said that incident took place Dec. 28 at a Warren Street home. He was scheduled for an arraignment Jan. 2.

∎ Brian Doyle, a 45-year-old homeless man living in Concord was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with simple assault. The police said the incident took place at about 8:30 a.m. at an apartment at 128 Loudon Road where Doyle threatened a man, with whom he had been staying, with a knife. The man told an officer that he had tried to wake up Doyle when he realized Doyle was late for work, but Doyle proceeded to punch him in the nose, the police said. The man said when he again tried to wake up Doyle a few hours later, Doyle held a knife to his face and threatened to cut him. Doyle denied touching the man, according to the police. Doyle was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Feb. 4. At about 5 p.m. that day Doyle was arrested again and charged with public disposal of human waste after the property manager of the 128 Loudon Road apartment complex observed him urinating outside of the building, the police said.

∎ Shawn Mounsey, 28, of Pleasant Street was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with prowling after the police said an officer observed him staggering on Fayette Street, then crouch down beside a car when he drove by. Mounsey, who according to the police was unable to stand on his own, told the officer that he was going to an apartment, the police said. The police said Mounsey became angry, and the officer arrested him for loitering and prowling. At this time Mounsey was also arrested on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer stemming from an incident that the police said took place Oct. 15. The police said a dog named Lexi had previously been stolen and was recovered Nov. 3. Mounsey refused bail and was due in court Jan. 2.

∎ Emily Waterman, 23, of State Street was arrested Jan. 1 on a warrant and charged with conduct after an accident. The police said the incident took place Nov. 23, 2011, near the intersection of Pleasant and Green streets. Waterman was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Feb. 4.

∎ Nathan Kimball, 22, of Brown Road in Deerfield was arrested Jan. 1 on a warrant and charged with theft by deception. The police said the incident took place Aug. 22 at Walmart on Loudon Road. Kimball was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Feb. 4.

∎ Carrol Thompson, 41, of Lakeshore Road in Gilford was arrested Jan. 1 on a warrant and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and making a false report on an accident. The police said the incident took place Dec. 27 at 133 Loudon Road. Thompson was originally taken into custody by the Gilford Police Department. Thompson was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and he is due in court Feb. 4.

∎ Kevin McCormack, 28, of Flagg Road in Loudon was arrested Jan. 2 on a warrant and charged with two counts of theft by deception. The police said the incident took place Dec. 11 at the Walmart on Loudon Road. McCormack was arrested at the Walmart. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Feb. 4.

∎ Tamie Cassidy, 39, of Portsmouth Street was arrested Jan. 2 on a warrant and charged with stalking and making a false report to law enforcement. The police said the stalking incident took place from Nov. 28 through Dec. 5, and the false report incident took place Dec. 5. Cassidy was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court Feb. 4.
