A rmed with chafing dishes piled high with the ultimate comfort food, restaurants and cooks vied yesterday for the title of “2013 Grand Champion of Macaroni and Cheese.” The Granite State Dairy Promotion’s third annual Macaroni and Cheese Bake-Off was held at the Courtyard Marriott in Concord. In addition to the grand title, first- through third-place awards were also given for best traditional, most creative, best restaurant and best New Hampshire made.
