21-year-old faces charges of felonious sexual assault
A 21-year-old Sanbornton man has been charged with having intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
Frank McDaniels was indicted this month by a Merrimack County grand jury on two counts of felonious sexual assault, Class B felonies. According to the indictments, McDaniels had sex with the girl, who is now 16, around Aug. 2 in Northfield.
Prosecutors have not accused McDaniels, who was 20 at the time of the incidents, of using force during the sexual assaults.
