Concord's Winter Carnival canceled at White Park

Tomorrow’s Winter Carnival at White Park has been canceled.

The ice is too thin, according to the Friends of White Park Facebook page. The carnival was first postponed from its Jan. 19 date due to warm weather.

Good call, I was at the park today and there was open water along the edges of the pond. Temps in the upper 50's and heavy rain yesterday sure did not help. Weather looks great for ice next week!
