New Hampshire Housing releases free online homebuyer education course
NEW HAMPSHIRE Housing has released a free online homebuyer education course. “Becoming a Homeowner” can be found at Education.GoNewHampshire
Housing.com.
It provides both first-time homebuyers and previous
homeowners looking to re-enter the market with the latest information. Topics include preparing for home-ownership, financing a home, purchasing a home and closing. Users can also register and take a 25-question, end-of-course test to receive a certificate of completion that can be used toward home-ownership counseling requirements.
The course also features extra tools, resources and contact information for HUD-approved housing counselors.
