Concord launches online car registration

Concord residents can now complete their annual vehicle registrations online.

The city will launch its online registration software today, according to a press release.

Residents can pay their registration fees through the city’s website. There is a $1.50 processing fee per vehicle, and a 2.95 percent transaction charge for credit card purchases. Electronic checks have a $1.50 fee per vehicle, and a $1.50 ACH fee.

To register a vehicle online, visit concordnh.gov/ereg.

It will not get any better Danny. NH wants to be MA or CA. All about funding programs. That costs money, so look for more and more fees here.

Yup, just what we need more fees to register our cars. The city saves money with on-line registrations, as they don't need to pay clerical staff. Yet, now they find it is a creative way to raise even more revenue by charging us even fees more! Just like they have done with our water bill. You not only pay for a sewer charge and for the actual water used, some creative bureaucrat has come up with ... are you ready for this ? A so-called "water availability charge”! Politicians ,they keep putting their hands deeper in owr pockets all without having to pass any laws or legislation. No wonder they have less respect than used car dealers.
