Concord police log for May 10

∎ Paul Cote, 46, of Laconia was arrested April 16 and charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. The police said Cote was arrested following the report of a road rage incident that began near the racetrack in Loudon and continued down Loudon Road. The caller reported that Cote had at one point pulled up beside their car and showed a knife. He was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ David Brown, 49, of Manchester was arrested April 16 on a bench warrant and charged with operating without a valid license.
The police said Brown was arrested after an officer became suspicious of him
because he kept looking at the officer in his rearview mirror. The officer checked Brown’s vehicle registration and saw he had an active warrant for his arrest. Bail was set at $100 personal recognizance and he was ordered to appear in court May 13 in Keene’s district court and May 20 in Concord’s district court.

∎ Alyssa Roy, 18, of Boscawen was arrested April 17 and charged with willful concealment, unlawful possession of alcohol and default or breach of bail conditions after the police say she was caught shoplifting from Market Basket on Storrs Street. Roy told the police she was dared by a friend to steal alcohol from the store. An employee reported seeing her place a four-pack of Seagram’s Strawberry Daiquiri into a large bag. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and $1,000 personal recognizance. Roy was arraigned the following day.

∎ Ryan Emerson, 39, of Millstream Lane was arrested April 17 on a domestic violence warrant issued by the Franklin Police Department. He was transported to the Franklin Police Department.

∎ Wayde Macdaid, 18, of Pembroke was arrested April 17 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with taking without owner consent. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Marissa McDougall, 26, of South Street was arrested April 17 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with simple assault. The police said the incident took place in June 2011 at Tandy’s Top Shelf. McDougall was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Briana Searl, 25, of Franklin was arrested April 18 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. The police said officers were sent to Taco Bell on Loudon Road on a report of several females urinating in the parking lot. When the officers arrived, employees said the vehicle had gone past
the drive through window and left the parking lot. The vehicle was later pulled over, according to the police. Searl was driving and an officer noted that she smelled of alcohol and had glassy eyes. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 6.

∎ Sasha Arcouette, 23, of Laconia was arrested April 18 and charged with public disposal of human waste after the police said she was observed urinating in the parking lot of Taco Bell on
Loudon Road. Arcouette told an officer she did not have a choice but to urinate in the parking lot because the doors to the business had been locked, according to the police. She was released and ordered to appear in court June 3.

∎ Ronaldo Towers, 27, of Eastman Street was arrested April 19 on a warrant and charged with driving after
revocation or suspension, possession of drugs and
possession of controlled drugs. The police said
Towers was arrested after an officer believed him to be smoking marijuana in his
vehicle. An officer found a glass smoking pipe in the vehicle. Bail was set at $226.88 cash.

∎ Kimberly Garnett, 26, of Cherry Street was arrested April 19 and charged with possession of controlled drugs. The police said Garnett was arrested after an officer believed she was smoking marijuana in her vehicle. An officer found a glass smoking pipe in the vehicle. She was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Mckayla Bond, 17, of Parmenter Road was
arrested April 21 and charged with simple assault. The
police said Bond was arrested
after she got upset with
another woman and scratched her. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is
scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Jimmie McNeill, 49, of Storrs Street was arrested April 22 on a warrant and charged with receiving stolen property. The police said
the incident took place March 22 at Market Basket on
Storrs Street. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ John Robert, 57, of Branch Turnpike was
arrested April 22 at the Merrimack County jail where
he was being held in connection to a separate incident,
and charged with simple
assault. He was arraigned that day.
