Concord police log for June 22
∎ Debra Trottier, 23, of Hillsboro was arrested May 14 on a warrant and charged with theft by deception. The police said Trottier was taken into custody by the Hillsboro Police Department. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.
∎ Angela Zwisler, 49, of West Street was arrested May 14 and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest or detention after the police said officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. At the residence a man reported that Zwisler had been drinking and attacked him. An officer observed four puncture wounds on the man’s face that he said were from Zwisler digging her nails into his face. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and she was scheduled to appear in court that day.
∎ Samuel Shattuck, 47, of Concord was arrested May 15 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with littering. The police said he disposed of a mattress. He was issued a summons to appear in court June 3.
∎ Ryan Digiore, a 25-year-old homeless man, was arrested May 15 on two warrants issued for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The police said items were stolen from the Market Basket on Storrs Street including microwavable macaroni and cheese and a package of beef jerky. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.
∎ Sabrina Kleckner, 30, of Franklin was arrested May 28 and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said she was arrested at the Merrimack County Pre-Trial Services office where an employee believed she was in possession of drugs without a prescription. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 29.
∎ James Barrett, 43, of Manchester was arrested May 28 at the Merrimack County jail and charged with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. The police said a cell phone and charger were stolen from a vehicle in a parking garage on Storrs Street. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 29.
∎ Brandon Glass, 31, of Herbert Street was arrested May 28 at the Merrimack County jail and charged with simple assault. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 29.
∎ Joshua Taylor, 41, of Washington Street was arrested May 28 on a bench warrant issued by Plymouth’s district court for not appearing in court on a speeding violation ticket. Bail was set at $308, which Taylor paid. He was given a court date of June 24 in Plymouth’s district court.
∎ Brian Doyle, a 46-year-old homeless man, was arrested May 29 and charged with possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. The police said Doyle was observed to be intoxicated and holding a can of beer while walking on Middlebury Street. He was taken to Concord Hospital and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.
