Concord police log for June 29

∎ Tabitha Lopez, 29, of Manchester was arrested June 11 by the Manchester Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant and charged with two counts of default or breach of bail conditions and two counts of stalking. She was held on $5,000 cash bail and scheduled to was appear in court June 12.

∎ Gregory Brock, 26, of Hopkinton was arrested June 11 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after the police said he was observed taking a bottle of Southern Comfort from the state liquor store on Storrs Street. He was held on $2,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 12.

∎ Christine Dunn, 28, of Loudon Road was arrested June 12 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension after the police say an officer observed her driving in a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The officer then found Dunn’s driver’s license was suspended for failing to pay a court fine, the police said. She was issued a summons and ordered to appear in court July 15.

∎ Emily Gordon, 49, of Pinehurst Street was arrested June 12 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with conduct after an accident and reckless operation. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Glenn Bates, 52, of Gilmanton was arrested June 12 on two Concord Police Department warrants and one Loudon Police Department warrant. The police said Bates was taken into custody after being released by the U.S. Marshall’s Office on parole. The police said the warrants were for not appearing in court on criminal threatening and harassment charges and a disorderly conduct charge. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 13.

∎ Thomas Houle, 45, of South Main Street was arrested June 12 on a warrant and charged with possession of a controlled drug and disorderly conduct. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Timothy Begeal, 36, of Modena Drive was arrested June 12 on a bench warrant issued by Concord’s district court. He was unable to pay bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 12.

∎ Shelby Weston, a 47-year-old homeless man, and Janet Smith, a 46-year-old homeless woman, were arrested June 13 and charged with criminal trespass after the police said they were found living behind Shaw’s on Fort Eddy Road after being issued no trespassing orders. Both refused bail and were ordered to appear in court that day.

∎ Nancy Blaser, 55, of Hopkinton was arrested June 13 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. The police said officers responded to the South Main Street Cumberland Farms when a woman, identified as Blaser, came in without any shoes on and was having difficulty walking straight. The police said Blaser smelled of alcohol. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 1.

∎ Alfred Unhderhill, 57, of Franklin Road in Salisbury was arrested June 13 at the Concord Police Department, where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with allowing an improper person to operate. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Bryce Lundgren, 51, of Depot Street was arrested June 13 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with failing to properly report as a registered sex offender. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Jason Polley, 21, of Epsom was arrested June 13 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension after the police say he was involved in a crash and the officer found he did not have a valid license at the time. Polley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Joseph Brouillette, a 58-year-old homeless man, was arrested June 14 and charged with simple assault after the police said he hit a police officer outside the Shaws on Fort Eddy Road when the officer attempted to wake up Brouillette, who was sleeping at a picnic table. The police said Brouillette appeared intoxicated. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.

∎ Hussein Hindal, 20, of Fisherville Road was arrested June 14 on a bench warrant issued by Concord’s district court. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 17.

∎ Mark Lessard, 55, of Snow Pond Road was arrested June 15 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Alexander Vincent-Smith, 22, of Spruce Street was arrested June 16 on a bench warrant issued for not paying a court fine. Bail was set at $250 cash and he was scheduled to be arraigned June 17.
