Police arrest suspected drug dealer in Allenstown
The Allenstown police arrested a 24-year-old man recently and charged him with possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to a press release, Thomas Yeaton of 60 Pleasant St. in Hooksett was arrested after the police spotted him in a public parking lot in Allenstown. The police seized nearly 11∕2 ounces of cocaine and $130 in cash, along with drug paraphernalia. No one from the Allenstown Police Department was available for comment last night, and it was unclear how the charge of endangering the welfare of a child tied into the arrest.
Yeaton was arraigned Thursday in Concord’s district court and held on $4,000 cash bail. The police said other arrests may be forthcoming.
