Concord crime log for Aug. 14

∎ Daniel Sajko, 26, of Matthew Street was arrested July 8 on a warrant and charged with vandalism, reckless conduct placing another in danger and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Sajko hid in a crawl space when officers attempted to arrest him at a residence on the warrant. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 9.

∎ Kevin Jenkins, 55, of Borough Road was arrested July 8 and charged with possession of controlled drugs. The police said an officer observed Jenkins to be extremely intoxicated on North State Street. The officer then found a bag that contained a green vegetative matter believed to be marijuana as well as a metal smoking pipe with burned residue inside, the police said. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 9.

∎ Joshua Davis, 31, of Hooksett was arrested July 9 and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after the police said he was observed taking a Twisted Tea and a can of Steel Reserve beer from the Pleasant Street Irving Station. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Daniel Tucker, 50, of Northfield was arrested July 10 on a warrant and charged with possession of a controlled drug and failing to appear in court for possession of a controlled drug. The police said Tucker initially gave officers a false name when they tried to question him. He was not given bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 10.

∎ Scott Gardner, a 26-year-old homeless man, was arrested July 10 on a warrant issued for violation of probation or parole. He was released into the custody of another agency, the police said.

∎ Sarah Grondin, 34, of Fishervhille Road was arrested July 10 on a bench warrant issued for not appearing in court on an original charge of simple assault. Bail was set at $350 cash, and she was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Walter Healey, a 58-year-old homeless man, was arrested July 10 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions after the police said he was observed being intoxicated when he had been ordered by a judge to refrain from drinking alcohol. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 11.

∎ Bradley Wheeler, 18, of Deerfield was arrested July 10 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of controlled drugs. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.
