Concord police log for Aug. 16

∎ Angela Ricci, 18, of Pembroke was arrested July 3 and charged with possession of controlled drugs. The police said Ricci was arrested by an officer responding to a report of a possible underage drinking party on South State Street. Ricci was parked in a vehicle across from the apartment, the police said. A glass pipe containing residue believed to be marijuana was found on the front passenger floor of the vehicle, the police said. Ricci was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 5.

∎ Carlos Santiago, 19, of Manchester was arrested July 11 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol after the police said he was seen on the top floor of the Durgin Block Parking Garage with two cans of beer. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Matthew Foote, 28, of Allenstown was arrested July 11 and charged with simple assault and vandalism in connection to a domestic disturbance, the police said. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Mark Curran, 18, of Chichester was arrested July 12 and charged with theft after the police said he was seen taking two shirts from the Walmart on Loudon Road. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Liana Sottile, 23, of Boscawen was arrested July 13 and charged with theft after the police said she was seen stealing diapers from the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Haley Gadwah, 21, of Hearthwood Lane was arrested July 13 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after the police said she was observed stealing items from the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Gayle Dionne, 63, of Groton Road in Nashua was arrested July 13 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 29.

∎ Ryan Lamb, 22, of Blake Street was arrested July 14 and charged with three counts of simple assault, false imprisonment, second degree assault and criminal threatening. The police said Lamb was arrested after a woman walked into the Concord police station, covered in blood, and reported that Lamb had assaulted her. The woman appeared to have severe facial injuries that included swelling around her eye, bruises on her neck and a gash on her head that required stitches, the police said. Lamb was released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 12.

∎ Jason Newton, 42, of Garvins Falls Road was arrested July 14 and charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct after the police said he created a hole in a wall at Concord Hospital and attempted to strike a nurse. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Kevin Harrington, 46, of Alice Drive was arrested July 14 and charged with two counts of simple assault and false imprisonment in connection to a domestic disturbance, the police said. The police said an officer responding to a home on Alice Drive heard a woman in distress inside, ordered the individuals inside to come outside and then entered through a window when the individuals failed to exit the home. The police said an officer found Harrington, who he believed to be intoxicated. He was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Ashley Gregory, 22, of Bartlett Street was arrested July 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. The police said Gregory was arrested after an officer saw her and another individual parked in a vehicle smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette. Gregory was given a field sobriety test, the police said. The police said a matter believed to be marijuana and Quetiapine Fumarate pills were found in the vehicle. She was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Shelby Weston, a 47-year-old homeless man, was arrested July 16 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions after the police said he was found to be intoxicated after he had been ordered not to consume any alcohol. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 17.

∎ Janet Smith, a 46-year-old homeless woman, was arrested July 16 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 17.

∎ Kaytelin Glidden, 22, of Wales Bridge Road was arrested July 17 by the Loudon Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant and charged with second-degree assault, simple assault and vandalism. She was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 17.
