N.H. troopers donate $15,000 to One Fund Boston

The New Hampshire Troopers Association has made a $15,000 donation to One Fund Boston to support those affected by the Boston Marathon bombings. According to a press release, the money was raised through T-shirts sold to association members and the public.

The venture “proved to be much more profitable than we ever could have imagined,” association President Seth Cooper and Secretary Sean Faherty wrote in the release.

“This was an opportunity to support those individuals and families that were killed and injured as well as showing Boston that New Hampshire stands strong with them,” the release continued. “We know that this money will never make up for all that has been lost, but if this will help with the healing process we are honored to be a part of that.”
