When I read "Havenwood Heritage Hights" I thought to myself, "What are the chances the driver who did this is old enough to have lived through the Great Depression?" I was right! MANDATORY DRIVER'S LICENSE RE-TESTING EVERY 5 YEARS AFTER AGE 65!!!

This happens all over the country quite frequently. It's high time we started administering practical driving tests every few years for anyone over 70. It's common sense.

Yes, let's disenfranchise drivers who need to get to doctors appointments and the grocery store and to visit loved ones at the nursing home. Yes, they have lived their lives now let's get them out of the way for the young and healthier. It was an "accident" for crying out loud. Have you ever had an "accident". How do you know the mental or physical state of this man. Every time something happens... an accident....shooting.....etc. progressives feel a need to "solve" similar things from happening in the future no matter the frequency or odds of those things happening.
