The Concord police are seeking help in identifying a man suspected of stealing an ATM card and withdrawing $300 from someone else’s account.

A woman who lost her ATM card reported it to the bank, which sent a replacement to a Downing Street address, the police said in a statement. But the woman had moved from that address by the time the card arrived, the police said.

“It is believed someone may have intercepted the victim’s mail at the Downing Street address, to include the new ATM card and the PIN number sent in a separate envelope,” the statement said.

The $300 withdrawal took place Aug. 22 at 11:30 p.m. at the Sovereign Bank ATM at 73 West St., the police said. Yesterday, the police released an image from a bank security camera.
