Police: Masked man in black robs Penacook Pharmacy of drugs
The Penacook Pharmacy was robbed just before 5 this evening by a man in a black puffy coat and mask who made off with prescription drugs.
The Concord police said the man ordered one employee to the ground while demanding “specific drugs” from another worker. The man did not show a weapon, the police said, adding that there were customers in the pharmacy at the time. No one was injured.
The robber was about 5-foot-8, the police said, and weighed about 160 pounds. He was last seen running west on Washington Street.
The police did not say what drugs he demanded, or disclose the amount he took.
The police asked anyone with information about the robbery to call them at 225-8600 or contact the Concord Regional Crimeline at 226-3100.
