New Hampshire State Police said a Nashua driver has been arrested for drunken driving in a three-vehicle crash that killed his passenger.

The police said 37-year-old Nghia Huynh was traveling south on Everett Turnpike on Friday evening when he lost control, hit the center median and rolled over into the northbound lane. An oncoming vehicle hit the car and then was struck by another vehicle.

The police said the crash killed a young male passenger in Huynh’s car. His name has not been released.

Huynh and another driver were taken to the hospital.

The police said Huynh has been charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.

The police are continuing to investigate the crash. It was not immediately known whether Huynh is being represented by a lawyer.
